SHIPPING & RETURNS

No, at this time the Company Store does not offer international shipping. If you need to place a bulk order outside of the Store site, please email customerservice@brandito.net as custom orders outside of the Store are available for international shipping.
Orders ship within two business day after they are placed. All orders will ship from Richmond, VA via FedEx Standard Overnight. Tracking will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. You can also access your tracking information in the “Order History” tab found on your Account Dashboard. Please note- the Account Dashboard only reflects orders purchased through the credit card site.
We listened to your feedback and recognized how pricey shipping costs can get, especially when you’re ordering a single item. So, as a special “thank you” to our associates for showing their brand pride, we worked with leadership and leveraged our relationship with FedEx to offer complimentary shipping on all Company Store purchases - regardless of whether you’re buying for yourself or your team. Because of that, at checkout, all shipping costs will be shown as $0. Once an item is shipped, shipping will be billed to your DID, which is why it is required at checkout
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their merchandise order. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns at any time for merchandise in its original condition. Orders returned due to associate remorse will require shipping to be paid by the associate. If the item is being returned due to damage or order processing error, we will pay for the return shipping. Simply said, if something's wrong, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Please initiate the return through the Contact Us page on the site.
The process may vary depending on product or issue; however we will provide you with an update and next steps within 48 hours of the receipt of a completed Request for Return. Please note that some refund delays may be bank related and please contact your financial institution with those questions.

PRODUCT & ORDERS

Yes, gift certificates can be purchased on the Store site on the “E-Gift Certificates” page. Please note, you must be in the credit card site to access/purchase/use gift certificates. Gifts certificates cannot be used on the Coupa site.
Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled or changed. Once the product is received, you will need to initiate a return by using the “Contact Us” form in the Help Center. Once there, select "return request" as your reason for submitting the form. If an order has not shipped, please contact the account team at customerservice@brandito.net. Please note that cancellations/changes are not guaranteed.
You will receive an order acknowledgment email to the address provided on the order. If you have not received an order acknowledgement within 2 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folders to ensure you receive all order correspondences. You can also view your order history by clicking your name in the top navigation bar.
